Initial Visit

At the initial visit, an ISO field representative will meet with the chief community official or a designated representative to:

• review the survey procedure
• develop a mutually agreeable schedule for the field survey
• collect the forms and other information sent in the presurvey packet
• make an appointment for a brief visit at the end of the survey, unless the official does not want such a visit
