What If Our PPC Is Worse?

What If Our PPCTM Is Worse?

If your community's survey results in a worse PPCTM than you had before, you may want to develop an improvement program. Before you can decide what to do, you'll probably need some time to consider the issues. ISO will postpone publication of the new PPC for up to 90 days while you work on the plan.

If you decide to make improvements, we'll evaluate the plan and the projected completion dates. If the plan involves capital expenditures, the completion date should be within 18 months of the time we notified you of the worse PPC. That will allow you to get voter approval, arrange financing, and implement the improvements. If the plan calls for operational changes, such as increased training, you should show a track record of at least 12 months before we evaluate the results.

ISO will postpone publication of the PPC to allow time for you to complete the plan and for us to conduct another survey. Your new PPC will consider the improvements you've made.
