Our representatives can help you review your Public Protection Classification (PPC®) and the changes you can make to improve your grade. There is no charge for such reviews.

If you want information on a specific element of your PPC evaluation — or suggestions for improvements — your community’s chief executive officer or other authorized official should submit a written request to your National Processing Center.

When you’re considering improvements that could lead to a better PPC, you should carefully weigh the costs and benefits. We believe your primary objective should be to improve service to your community and to enhance public safety — not the collateral benefits of a better PPC and possible reductions in insurance premiums for property owners.
